Parent Portal Assistance

Don't have a parent portal account?  Please visit a school one of your children attend to receive your parent 32 digit activation key.  Photo ID is required. Activation keys will not be given via email or over the phone.

Disabled your account or experiencing other problems?  Parents only:  Email portal.support@boone.kyschools.us
Please provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Campus portal user name
• Child's name
• Child's school
• Description of issue

You will receive a response in 1-2 business days.

Parent portal assistance is available through email only.  No phone support.

Parents using student accounts (SSID #) to log in will not be supported through this email support service.  This service is for parent accounts only.
